How long is the voucher valid for?
All FLB gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Can I use the voucher more than once?
Yes! Any remaining balance stays on the code, so you can redeem it across multiple orders until it’s fully used.

What can I spend it on?
Anything I make - Frill Fix boxes, celebration cakes, wedding cakes, and tutorial classes.
It can also be used as full or part-payment for bespoke cake orders not listed online.

Can I send it directly to someone else?
Absolutely. You can add a message and send it straight to their inbox - perfect for surprises, acts of kindness, or thoughtful “just because” moments.

What if I want to print it?
You can! The gift voucher email includes a printable version, so you can pop it inside a card for gifting at Christmas, birthdays, or any special occasion.

Are vouchers refundable?
No - vouchers are non-refundable, and standard order minimums still apply.

Can anyone redeem the voucher whenever they want?
Redemption is always subject to my availability - everything is handmade to order and my diary fills quickly, especially around busy seasons.
